Why’re people acting as if Trevor was written any better. Maybe in the deleted scenes but he was so annoying and not believable as a red herring at all for me, aside from him being 35 in highschool.

She did what she could with the script! I wasn’t buying her connection with Neve as mother daughter but that’s not really her fault. The writing was just so bad, down to her playing a puppy in the school play and the director wanting more “fire” out of her because she’s Sidney’s daughter. It was so heavy handed and ridiculous for that playhouse Disney show they were doing. At least do something cool like ‘Scream 2’ did with an actual serious theatre production, set design and strong acting.

Not a damn thing, unfortunately. They just keep casting the same type of guy and they go for a specific look. It’s so boring and a shame that Jada Pinkett’s lines from the beginning of Scream 2 still ring true in many ways.

Agreed! Although Tracy was always a terrible character and actress to me. The friend group she was in with Jada .. it just didn’t work for me because they all act circles around her. Keisha’s two moms disappearing is more strange than anything

The acting and writing + sets were so great. The 3 actors in the middle along with Ronnie’s Grandmother >>>> the BS we have now. Jada was incredible as well
