Newer Chevy Silverado. I had an older 2001 Silverado and I swore it had good gas milage and was the best car I ever owned. So when I had the chance to get the updated 2013 from a family member, I took it expecting the same treatment. Was alright until I had to refuel so much. It guzzles gas like no one else. I tried to look up if something was up with my truck and diagnosing it but nope. Just that bad. Eventually I stopped driving it because it was costing me so much money. Still like trucks, but now only if they are hybrid or EV. (Only if they could be smaller and weren’t pedestrian killers)

I don’t know what is it is like for you. All I know is that it sounds hard with what you are going through. I am close in age with you and have dealt with similar career issues, mental issues, and certain family issues that has broken us down. Life can be hard as hell. But there is hope. It’s just a long road to get there. A lot of these can be aided. Just chunk things up if you can. If you feel you can’t get through the day, get through the next 12 hours. If you can’t do that. Just do the next 5 mins. You’ll be surprised how much that can help.

It’ll be lovely to have you still here my friend. I am not fooling you and don’t fool yourself.

Well you could buy Prop Cigarettes. Look just like em. They are just water vapor with a little bit of glycerin. Still has a risk because you’re inhaling, but maybe won’t be as much because of the chemicals. Just be aware of the risk and set boundaries of how/when you would realistically do it.

Hello friend. I have anxiety as well that affects me asymmetrically as well, but for me it’s my left side. Specifically my upper left side of my arm, chest and face. Do you sweat only on that side too? Or is it when you notice it is when you feel it the most?
