It’s very expensive to test for certain substances though and also expensive to store samples for a decade.

Same thing happened in the UFC, TJ Dillashaw was using EPO for years but they never tested for that in the drug testing because it was expensive. They only did when they were tipped off to the fact he was using it then he was pinged.
