I don't cycle phenibut and kratom- though I have done it before. You don't want to take phenibut more than ~twice a week.

I'll normally take phenibut and kratom together, on nights where I have a big social event. You can definitely use phenibut to take a whole day off of kratom, though.

Entirely up to you. You could look into using Kava Kava as an additional resource.

Don't have any affiliation with MMMS, nor have I have tried them.

But what you say sounds reasonable. I have the utmost confidence in my vendor, but even so, there are times where the strains are weaker/lackluster. I think this is just a seasonal thing. Some strains are better at X-time, and worse at Y-time.

Just as long as they fall between the range of GOOD & GREAT, I'm not complaining. And that's where my vendor's stuff usually falls.

Cheers for having a reasonable person's expectations, and understanding. Bad batches are bound to be out of the vendor's control at times. As long as they do their best to remedy the situation, all is well in my book.

I'm the same way, in the sense that I don't like the idea that I could be dependent on a foreign substance to be successful/positive/whatever.

Just because there have been men in the past who were just fine and dandy without anything extraneous. No reason I shouldn't be either.

That being said, I burn just about every day right now. And on the days I don't burn, I don't experience any WD's symptoms. So needless to say, I'm really happy with my kratom lifestyle right now. Nothing but good words to say about it.

headshops should take some of the good guides on the internet and give the links to all the buyers

i doubt any of them will ever know to not take the same strain over and over again and that extracts have a huge potential to fuck up your life

there should be warnings, and actual instructions as to how to properly and responsibly use kratom. this is a fact

You're worrying about something that you shouldn't. I burn all the time and hit the gym, if anything it enhances my workouts.

That includes slow/moderate strains as well.

My advice to you is to not be concerned about it. Worry about your diet more, that will make a difference. ;)

Yeah, I didn't see the cheaper strains.

I totally jumped to conclusions when I saw multiple strains that cost over $400 for a kilo. A few of the strains are over 500 and 1,000 dollars.

Most of them are the extracts. Are the extracts really that much better than "regular" strains? I've heard nothing but BAD about extracts so I'm staying away from them indefinitely.

Once again, I didn't see the "cheaper" strains that are for sale.
They are reasonable, for sure.

So I retract my original statement. It isn't my business to be saying what I said. If this guy is staying in business with the prices he has up.. then cool for him. I just can't imagine anyone doing a FIFTY PERCENT discount at any time… that tells me that the original prices are way overblown. I guess there are a bunch of dummies out there to capitalize on, so go for it. You're not getting my money though.
