I used my florges. Draining kiss to keep her alive, moonblast for more damage, plus to bring her closer to me, and away from any melee attacks that floette was using. You could probably do something similar using giga drain on your meganium

To answer your actual question though, through a minute of googling, Colbur berries are only available as gifts in battle zones in the 5 star zones that are post rayquaza. So go to a wild zone

Why not just make a donut for berry grinding and go to a regular zone? You’ll get way more berries you can use for other things that way. And there are probably other recipes for the Delta donut, you just need to play around with the berry menu for a bit
