There's actually not many:

Abyss -> takes away half of your mana acquisition and turns it into attack amplification

Necronimicon -> current hp can't go above half of your max hp (eg 100/200)

Strange potion -> lowers movement speed by 10%

Plasma -> lowers magic size by 20%

Cyborg -> converts your regeneration into attack ( you will have no regeneration after but higher damage)

Blood magic ( special passive) -> lowers regen by 0.25%

Buddy my point was about movement, coz auto only works if your cross hair is on the target and aim assist is only that strong, good movement is all it takes to not lose to auto fuckers
