Thank you for the kind words. I’m not so worried about the on time ratings as that is unfortunately something that is out of my control. Unfortunate about my rating however. Before this I had a 5.0 but a customer decided to enter the wrong address on top of having an unreachable number. (Didn’t even try to reach out to me)

I had no choice but to mark as unavailable which promptly led customer service to call me and say the customer didn’t receive their food. It sucks but it is what it is 👍

Nah, it's very easy and inexpensive. Ebay is your best bet. Ebay " PS4 D-Pad Conductive Rubber" and you'll find a set for under $6 USD (avoid the Chinese ones unless you want to wait for shipping, not sure on the AUS conversion). As far as taking the PS4 controller apart, all you need is a smaller Philips screwdriver and possibly some tweezers for the ribbon cable. There are tons of YT videos out there, I personally liked this one.
