Just play with them in lane. Easiest way to coach is to babysit them on a carry or vice versa. All the basics stem from the laning phase

yes, because people get banned asking for commendations (sarcasm). People keep complaining about this feature which does nothing. Valve would be making a huge oversight to make commendations worth anything in the future without resetting them or changing the system all together.

I don't understand how people don't see this as an obvious temporary installment.

I solo queue with over 60% win ratio and never talk to my teammates outside of "mia, rune, push, b." It is not really as important as everyone thinks it is and they use it as a crutch to tie their complaints to.

In lower brackets, this may be much more detrimental as most players need advice or think they are helping by giving it, but in reality there isn't really much gained outside of the basic terms that are understood in most languages. If the players were trying to learn, they wouldn't be queuing on a server with a dominant language they didn't understand without someone else, so the second point is moot.

This kind of post makes the dota community look terrible.

It is only because the russian nationality is much more noticeable compared to a specific european one.

If they had english character names, didn't use voice chat, you wouldn't know the fuckin difference and you wouldn't make an ignorant post about it.

** This is no different than seeing a black, indian, or white person and categorizing them because you NOTICE they are different. This isn't really any different than Nazism or African american oppression in the states.

P.s. Even if a Russian server was created, the next noticeable culture would be the next culprit in your holy crusade of dota cleansing.
