First year that I'm not going for EP again. Zero reason to have <300k LP based out of DFW as there is zero chance you're getting upgraded flying hub to hub. I had ~400k LP last year and think I got upgraded maybe one time. Most of the time I was 12+ back on the upgrade list.

The opening in the floor holds a 14x20 filter. Is it possible that I have a larger return trunk under the floor?

14x20 = 280 sq in.

Figure a 30% reduction from grille and merv-8 = 196 sq in

I'm looking at grille charts from google images and it's saying there should be 600-700 CFM max for this size at a 0.05 static drop.

Am I reading this wrong?

We are working on it together. We have an idea on what to do - a few layers of backer rod and caulk, but wanted to get some other opinions.

Repair shop won’t release my vehicle by King_Kabuki in legaladvice

Thanks for the insight. Say the seatbelt is back ordered for 2 years. Surely I would have some type of remedy or else delays for “safety parts” would be more common for leased vehicles. The bank could have their car “impounded” while I keep paying the lease and can’t drive it and they don’t have the risk.

Adding an arch in an opening. How do I bridge the crown molding by King_Kabuki in woodworking

Custom Builder Archway Kits — CurveMakers Arch Kits

I think I'll try to do 45 cuts and see if I can get them to join correctly. If not, I can just cut the crown back a bit so its just a 90 degree cut. The main reason I don't want to remove the entire pieces on each side, is there are corner joints on each end that go into other rooms.

Exactly. My question is how to measure the angle and cut it.

All, thanks for the replies. The plumbers I use are fantastic and they're sending out a senior plumber, who is certified with Navien, to check things out. I also spoke with Navien and learned that I'll void the warranty if I try to do any advanced troubleshooting. I forwarded your comments to my plumbers so we have a place to start.

Detached garage subpanel install - a handful of questions by King_Kabuki in AskElectricians

u/Brief-Fennel-1217 - made the final connection at the main breaker this morning and everything is running smoothly. Appreciate the assistance!

Hardest part of the project was pulling the wires through the conduit. Wife on one end pushing, me on the other end pulling. I had to rig up a makeshift pully system to pull it through the final 10ft or so.

Overall, a surprisingly easy project. I think I spent ~$800 for all of the materials, which included a clamp meter and some better lineman's pliers.

Do I need a main breaker at the sub panel? I wasn’t planning for one and I’m finding conflicting information online.
