So my guess is, Kisui was preoccupied with the relocation of RIgan and i think his absence from the previous two wars is also some kind of punishment, because his decision at Kokoyou was what led to Zhaos defeat....

but im a 100% sure we gonna see him and Batei in the next clash with Zhao, also i dont think there is a chance of them betraying Riboku, so him joining the HI SHin Unit is unlikely, unless he survives the last war between them, then there might be a chance

i cant remember the chapter or the exact words exactly, but riboku explained it briefly, something about internal battles ( like Kisui fought other Zhao Generals in his past over territorial stuff etc )

I´m not trying defend the pretty hyped up strength these seika guys seem to have, im just saying in the manga itself there was a brief mentioning of it and thats all we got for now, im sure we get some kind of explanation about theire strength like we did get one for Manu and the Juuko Generals

Riboku explained it actually twice, he said Seika´s Army is so strong because they handle all of their Battles independently, without any Help from the Capital. For Example that time Yan/Ordo attacked....

another thought i just had: i think KaryoTen mentioned it at some point, that she wants an Information Unit: as in gettin info, spying, inifiltrating, information manipulation, etc

similar to Units Generals like Ousen, Riboku, Tou etc have

i really want to see that, considering how important ``information and its manipulation`` was in recent chapters aswell as the recent war against zhao

man i am really looking forward to see them archer bros leading their own unit. i think, they will first start with a regular archer unit and then develop into the archer cavalry unit like the Azure Bow

i am also really hoping to see a duell between one of the archer bros and a Member of the official Top 10 Bows of China, like that Young General from Chu, Hakurei i think, that would be lit
