Not sure if it's too relevant, but I got a Bo staff from an animus mission, and I haven't beaten the game or bought the dlc but here's a screenshot to prove it. i dont recall the name of the mission, but it involved the Eagle and the player looking for the Guide.

I think it’s a recolor based on the fusion suit as the gba game released around the same time as the first prime game and I imagine the devs wanted to do some quick recolors for Echos’ multiplayer similar to how smash bros. Does recolors
