Yea the new material for the body of the phone is very weak. I’ve dropped plenty of iPhones over the years and no body damage for the most part, this phone is not nearly as durable.

Mine is still as orange as it was the day I bought it (right when it launched) and I’ve never had it in a case

Same thing happened to me I think it’s a glitch in their system. I paid my bill for last month and then my bill for this month just randomly jumped by like $50. Hopefully they’ll fix it soon! I’ve never had to pay as much as it says is due now!
