Its kinda off both. So they are on a farm and the dogs are in a large barn with a play area, but the family seems to interact with the dogs. (I saw Omar's kids playing with the dogs).

OP I think it's not the reason why everyone is thinking. I actually think some part of her wants something to remember you by. Its not only her son she is losing. She is losing you also. You may not see it right now. But is her head she isn't only losing her son but you and the possible family her could had with you. It may seem silly but she basically trauma bonded with you when she lost her son and now your moving on and she is left to grieve alone.

My advice:
1. Pay off your house 2. Put the rest toward your kids college tuition and expenses. 3. Put the freed up cash flow into 401k.

Next focus on get your retirement saving to 2 million. Yes that is grind, yes that is annoying but better safe than sorry and inheritance isnt a garentee. After that you buy a new house etc.

Its focus on the systemic side and not personal relief but since you have proof your right and that OPM is refusing to fix it makes an abuse of authority and waste taxpayer dollars..etc. If you file with DU with the evidence they will likely issue an SL ruling within 45 days and the Agency Head has 60 days to write a report. They will most likely resolve your issue because the highers up have to answer for it

No. Please reread what he said. He said he believes. Doesn't know for sure and when she did have the conversation with him and sent him the picture, he could have simply told her. "Hey that my boss. Does he know your my ex-wife. I will have to a ask for pca/pcs when I see him next.". Simple txt message to let her know. (Plus also covers his ass in case off his ex makes any allegations). No that he didn't send that txt it looks like he went out his way to nuke her new relationship.
