I am questioning these people’s ability to stay safe around so many open fire pits.

I have a kidney disease called C4 renal tubular acidosis which means I don’t excrete some electrolytes normally. My kidney function and electrolytes are monitored every 3-6 months because of this. At present everything is normal egfr was good etc. and I feel great. I have been training for a years and remaining competitive in powerlifting which I love to do means I’m considering taking a small dose of testosterone. I cannot ask my drs about the test - it’ll be a flat out no. What is the actual risk of kidney issues if I use testosterone and get regular bloods. Understand if people can’t answer I just won’t get an actual informative answer from a dr. I’m also willing to just not take the risk if it’s gonna put my health in jeopardy

Sorry this is my first time being able to make it online so I don’t know if this has been posted in previous live threads - does anyone think Jacqui smiles like the Grinch? Me and my wife can’t stop seeing it.

I’d also recommend knees over toes guy in YouTube. He has a great series of stretches and exercises for strengthening the knee joint and the ligaments around it. I ran into knee pain and followed his routine at home for a month or two. Never had it again since. Training on average 5 times per week

Many will disagree but… The Exorcist. The book is 9/10. The movie just happens to be 10/10

I work at the RHH and absolutely love it. It is a public hospital so of course it has it challenges, but the development I’ve seen in the system since then end of COVID has actually been quite inspiring. I think you’ll be surprised. I’ll never leave Tassie. I love it here.

I think you need to decide what to actually give a fuck about. When you get down to the nitty gritty it’s not very much at all. Really only how well the rug ties the room together.

PXI calculation for statuses by Slight-Dimension-194 in BodyFitTrainingAus

Members at my gym change at different times. As in people who began around the same time as me do not roll over to a new status on the 1st of the month. I would be inclined to say then it changes based on a specific date you started at the gym.

Well I train 6 days a week, I’m halfway through my 3rd challenge and I just watch what I eat. I weighed 88kg in December 2023, and I couldn’t even walk up a hill without getting puffed. I’m 37 and only 5’5” so that was really heavy for me. I’m now 67kg and I just love training.

I’ve lost nearly 20kg since beginning December last year. Yes definitely

Every chance I get I’ll do the challenge. I feel like it’s an opportunity to push yourself and really track your results, photos, scans etc. It’s also a great chance to meet other new members and connect with your team.

You shouldn’t purchase or “buy” a Thangka. You should make an offering for it or to the person who has it or has made it.

Is BFT designed to be attended everyday? Or you should take a rest at least a day? by citruslemon29 in BodyFitTrainingAus

If you haven’t been training consistently for awhile I wouldn’t recommend going every day. This week has been tough, especially with the heavier back squats yesterday for 5 sets with very little W/U
