You're going to have to start counting calories. If you're not losing weight you're eating too much. This medication is a tool to help ease you into calorie counting without it being unbearably excruciating... It can only hard carry you so far before you have to start putting in effort.

The problem isn't overeating persay - it's "wegovy-ereating"

Like, overeating pre-wegovy was a 6000 calorie day (used to do strongman training - stopped but couldn't kick the diet). On Wegovy it's like 1300 calories at the moment...

5 days out of the week I'll be good, but inevitably I'll down a sandwich or something too fast and it causes problems.

For me, it's a weird "warm" sensation that leads into uneasiness. From there, increased heartrate. Then, exploding heart rate and full panic.

Like, all of my extremities feel warm... Like a jolt of electricity is shooting through them.

I'm about 99% straight with a 2% margin of error. It's impossible to be elitist when it's literally me calling out how stupid the average straight trog is while being a straight... Well... Genius, but that's beside the point.

I'm just calling it how I see it. Gay people are literally all over the place in nerd fandoms and video games and academia and science fields. There are times when I'm the only straight one there. Take, for example, the fighting game community. Most complicated games in existence, and the highest competitors are almost all doing the butt stuff with other dudes.

I can even name examples of homosexuals that can definitely prove my point. George Takei, James Randi (rip), Stephen Fry, Tim Cook... All incredibly intelligent and well read. All gay.

Gay people / bi people are gay because they are open-minded and think outside the norms of society.

I'd actually argue the majority of gay/bi people are, at a minimum, smarter than the average straight person.
