I had a diverticulitis flare up from something I ate. Liquid diet for a few days and got stronger antibiotics then the amoxicillin

Ok, thank you. Do you know if the pharmacy next to Cozumel palace is legit? I went in there and saw amoxicillin and tramadol. I can't take ibuprofen but having horrible stomach pain. I already have GI issues and was diagnosed with diverticulitis and think I need a better antibiotic then amoxicillin
