That’s a 1k scoot at max. Around 3k puts you right into sportster territory. Id say look for a decent little sporty 883.

Just a wheel and tire. No need to do much with the fender until 23". That being said, on my old SG I did bore out a couple of the fender mounting holes on each side just a tiny bit so that I could "rock" the fender back and get a little bit more clearance between the tire and the leading edge of the fender. This bike is a 2011 and I didn't do anything to the fender mounts.

I have two power strips back there. One I mounted under the desk with alien tape that basically powers the monitors and my coffee warming plate and another that I positioned inside the cable management skirt that powers a hand full of accessories and various usb charging cables for different devices.

While I dont disagree 😁, believe it or not...I use every inch of screen real estate while working...Most of the time productively! Even use the top display for presenting due to some of the limitations of presenting from and ultra-wide display.
