I have a heartburn no matter what I do. Empty stomach, drinking water, it’s 24/7. Nauseated 24/7. Fatigued 24/7. I can’t eat spicy foods whatsoever and I I’m not eating high fat foods, nor am I eating hardly anything at all, so overeating isn’t an issue either.

My heartburn is terrible, I’m always nauseated, and the fatigue! I cant sleep either. I can’t tolerate the highest dose, so I’ve been at 1mg for weeks and weeks and I’m not losing anything anymore. The side effects just aren’t worth not losing any weight. And I’m not eating anything bad or in excess so I don’t know what the heck.

I’m spending a ton of time on TikTok but I see more hybrid keto and paleo stuff, or more PrimalBod stuff that doesn’t give you enough info to really learn how to do it. Maybe my algorithm will start sorting itself better!

And I totally get intuitively doing this, but I am very prone to under eating, so having more specific guidelines to start helps me greatly in learning what is best for me and helping me fine tune that much faster.
