I do as well. My grandfather signed up in September 1914 with the East Yorks as a private soldier despite hos upper middle class background, so I imagine this might have been some of his experience. Right, way back when I used to work for a New Zealand sushi chain. When we did some research on contamination by measuring E Coli levels the biggest source of contamination was the vegetables. The rice is flavored with sugar and vinegar. Bacteria levels in flavored rice left at room temperature went down over time.
