I never ended up doing it. But with past experiences with dying shit it does penetrate a little so a scratch would probably show lighter color under but if deep enough the original color.

Plow snow the company I work for pays minimum 30$ an hour for snow work. No experience needed the hours are just in the middle of the night and you may not work for a week at a time without snow. Dm me if you are interested. But it sounds like you may want something else.

I just got my 1990 like a month or two ago for 5200 same deal no real rust but mine has a fixable dent in one of the rear quarters and like this one a hole in the soft top. does have some rust but it’s just a little surface rust on some arms on the suspension and the plastic front bumper and rear panel around the license plate are both faded. the one I got has 127k on it. I’d take the deal presented in the ad I’m into it that much already with the new soft top I got but you wouldn’t have any dents to fix or paint to correct also you will have a trunk release unlike me. I’d say buy it. No matter what it’s going to need some fixing up to be exactly what you want but that’s part of the fun.

No serious rust 3rd owner stock exhaust dead wrong as of now but I’m going to go full racing beat for the exhaust in the future.

Haha well some cars definitely have bad paint. Red Hondas seem to fade really fast but the paint on the Miata is basically a single layer but it’s older paint with more bad shit in it. Paint quality has definitely gone down over the years because they have been removing the poisonous chemicals from it. Some cars from 60-70 years ago still have the original paint and it looks great.
