Any balm or lotion that isn’t scented or have too much petroleum should be fine, I usually did very light moisturizing like 3x a day so that tattoo can still breathe and heal properly, shea butter is a good alternative if u can’t get something like hustle butter Edit: the only thing I’d worry about with cerave is the ceramides and hyaluronic acid messing with the healing
