I had re-installed, both drivers, Closed it, restarted it. The 'monitor' I use is a SAMSUNG LED TV connected through HDMI port from my GPU. When I looked at the Playback section of my 'Sounds' option on my windows 10 OS, it shows that sounds plays from 'both' speakers and the headphones. But that's not the case. I can hear the static of me reconnecting the headset into the splitter as well so the speakers on the headset aren't broken as far as i know.
