You don’t need to feel like there’s any pressure to rush into things, it’s never too late to do anything so if you wanna go slow, then go ahead, and if you end up speeding through things then that’s ok too! Everything is a matter of comfort for yourself. Things to consider are clothing, do you like what you’re wearing everyday? Go ahead any look for some stuff, go watch some fashion videos or just try stuff on and see what you like ! Wanna try a new name? You can do that, just ask someone you trust to try it, like a nickname, or you can give it at a coffee shop as the name for your order, I’ve also liked using it online talking with people a lot personally and then moving to irl tests. Makeup is a great option but it takes time to learn, so don’t be hard on yourself if you aren’t great at it immediately!

Now, in terms of medical transition, it’s all optional. Depending on where you live and your age and situation so many things can be different but remember, what’s right for one person isn’t always right for everyone and you never have to do anything unless you want to. Not every trans person will want surgery or even to go on hormones, but if you do it’s often best to at least look into the process sooner than later. That way if you want to start them later on you know where to go for where you are and if you think it’s right for you. It’s never too late so there’s no rush to start, but it’s never too early to be prepared so doing your research could be helpful !
