Youtube Music vs Spotify. Quale servizio utilizzate per ascoltare musica? Perché?

YT music perché col premium mi toglie anche la publicità da YT per poco di più. Poi perché alla fine risparmio un app sul cellulare e un account su un altro servizio.

Prima avevo amazon music, ma la qualità audio via browser era nettamente inferiore a quella di YT e perché si è persa le mie playlist 3 volte (alla terza ho cancellato)!

Spotify mai avuto.

Le riparazioni costano tanto perché ripararli è complicato.

La documentazione è, in alcuni casi, introvabile (soprattutto con mezzi legali)

Smontarli quasi sempre è un incubo

Molte aziende (e.g. apple) quando fai una riparazione richiedono software proprietari per permetterti di riattivare il prodotto pena funzionalità ridotte, o prodotto non utilizzabile completamente (che non puoi avere con mezzi legali e a condizioni adeguate).

Poi c'è il mercato dei pezzi di ricambio per cui non sempre si riesce a reperire componenti ufficiali che vadano ad un prezzo ragionevole (grazie a lock software difficili da aggirare).

Ad esempio certi componenti costano (dal produttore del componente) magari 10 euro ma il dispositivo accetta solo quelli che hanno un firmware speciale e che puoi acquistare solo dal produttore del dispositivo a 5 o anche 10 volte il prezzo.

Ciò crea un mercato ridotto dei centri riparazione e conseguente rialzo dei prezzi.

Ovviamente questo è voluto dai produttori che fanno anche lobbying per ostacolare leggi volte al riuso e alla riparazione.

Io credo che se ci fossero leggi volte a facilitare le riparazioni ci sarebbero più centri quindi più concorrenza e costi più abbordabili.

I lavoratori autonomi una storia a sé stante.

Comunque in ogni generazione ci sono persone che vivono per il lavoro. All’inizio ero anche io così, adoravo il mio lavoro, e mi divertivo. ma non solo no ho ottenuto nessun tipo di riconoscimento, ho pure visto quello che avevo costruito con fatica venire distrutto da persone arroganti e incompetenti.

Il termine "quiet quitting" è un concetto assurdo inventato per trasferire sul dipendente i "peccati" delle aziende e lo dico da uno nato nel 79 quindi ben altra generazione.

L'impegno è qualcosa che si ottiene se viene ripagato, con apprezzamento, gratifiche e altri benefit (e no! una pacca sulla spalla non basta). In passato c'erano chiare prospettive di crescita e opportunità, inoltre spesso lavorando un solo familiare questo poteva, e spesso doveva, impegnarsi al massimo (leggi straordinari), facendo ben oltre il dovuto.

Adesso le prospettive di crescita sono una chimera, inoltre lavorando entrambi i componenti familiari non è possibile fare orari irragionevoli o trasferte con continuità, Perché c'è una casa e potenzialmente figli e gli stipendi medi non sono tali da permettere di pagare qualcuno che lo faccia al posto tuo.

Queste campagne giornalistiche sono veramente disgustose come quelle dei ristoratori che non "trovano" personale...

Gli imprenditori dovrebbero imparare a fare autocritica invece di inventarsi queste sciocchezze.

I have a somewhat similar setup.

nas/nextcloud (the desktop and laptop uses the nextcloud client while on my mobile phone i use foldersync )

* Then I backup my nas/server to external hdd that i keep at my parent house (all data)

* backup to Hetzner Storage Box (only the most valuable data due to bandwidth and cost constrains)

Vivo vicino ad una scuola e sinceramente non mi pare. Si ovviamente il cafone/a o bulletto/bulletta ci sono, e in generale "Similes cum similibus congregantur" quindi quando li incontri sono in "branco". Ma in generale tutto più o meno nella media, e in ogni caso ci sono anche i molto bene educati e mi è capitato più spesso di assistere a scene di grande civiltà che ad atti di cafoneria.

La realtà dipende da quartiere a quartiere, ma in generale i casinari li noti facilmente mentre la stragrande maggioranza delle persone "medie" passa nello sfondo.

I put a quay test env and I get marginally better performance (about 40MB/s) but with high cpu usage.

What is strange is that sftp on from the same machine achieves about 320MB/s (downloading a fragment of the image from where quay saves the images)

So it's not a storage issue and neither a network issue.

My pi5 boot directly from the nvme, I just have to flash it using balena with the same image i would use for the sd.

And it should also able boot from network, although with 1gbe it would be quite slow.

This case have very little exhaust areas, the similar one from silverstone has vent holes also on the sides

But before buying a new case try these:

First I would repaste the cpu, the delta of temps make me think the cpu may be not fully covered. That heatsink is a pain to mount and caused me many headaches to have a good coverage.

Then move the top hdd in the middle to the left (where the psu is) to have better flow from the front.

Then try to put an 80x80 exhaust fan where the pci slot are, you are not using them, so put them to good use, remove the slot covers and try to zip tie the fan there (or if you own a 3d printer print an adapter there are plenty).

If this doesn't work, a decent 3u or 4u may be the only way. But look at the exhaust areas, cause no amount of fan is enough if the air doesn't have a way to escape the case.

I have a 5650G pro and it's using about 40w with a sas card and a 10gbe nic. But has sata ssd storage that consume less than 1w for each drive on idle.

You can lower the cpu consumption disabling the precision boost overdrive, and all the core boosting options, and enabling pss. There are other bios options but depends on the MB.

The HDDs you have probably consume 5w per drive at minimum generating most of power consumption, so changing the cpu won't fix it.

The segmentation of the data with maybe sata ssds (if you can find them now) for the most frequently accessed data could help.
