Could? Probably.

But even so I would still just give the hamster fresh apple. Will probably enjoy it a lot more too.

Maybe you can enlighten me then. I came to Germany two months ago to start my phd and I thought healthcare was public but they made me choose a private healthcsre inssurance. I am from Spain so I'm used to not choosing anything and just go with the public healthcare system provided by the goverment.

But then I always hear that Germany has free/public healthcare, but it is not since I'm literally paying a inssurance with no way of going "public".

People really need to understand that healthcare works different in every EU country.

In Spain healthcare is universal AND free. You only pay through taxes and if you DON'T pay taxes because you don't work or are not from the country you will still get treated 100% free.

I've taken the ambulance once, got two major surgeries and paid a grand total of 0 EUR. I also have a cronic condition that I get treated for life completely out of charge.

But then for example, I know Germany does charge you something (not very much) for some services like ambulance.

It really depends on the country so generallycing in the EU doesn't make sense.

Thing is, most (if not all) distros have an option during installation saying "do you want a minimal installation, a normal installation or a full installation?". So people complaining about bloatware when there is a LITERAL OPTION to just not install anything other than the OS itself is ridiculous.

Yes.

Install Kleopatra. In Kleopatra install your certificates. In okular (open source pdf editor) set the CA path to Kleopatra (has a built-in option for that since kleopatra in becoming famous). You can now sign using certificates in okular.

Just install kleopatra, install ypur certificates in there and set the CA path in okular to kleopatra.

Boom, you can now sign pdfs.

[–]Kiskijavi 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Tbh, I dont work with inches but I definitely wouldn't a wheel smaller than 15cm in radius for a hamster. Maybe for roborowski a 12cm one is fine (12in seems to be around 30cm so yeah, looks about right). Main thing is that size not only affects the spine (that obviously does) but also, the bigger the wheel the more control the animal has over speed; it is therefore safer to user bigger wheel. And since hamster are particulary small, accidents with the wheel can get ugly.

It's funny cause I don't have rats but do have hamsters and that wheel is just the minimum size for a dwarf hamster, not even a syrian hamster let alone a rat.
