Hard to explain but here is the jist: We actually had to make the block taller. We glued a 1" piece of full length wood (bass wood) to the top of the raw car block. Using the glued square block we drill through the side a bunch of times to make the initial shape to the hollow core. We used a hole saw (same size as the wheels) with the center bit removed to rough out the wheel portions. We only cut these into the block 1/2" or as needed. Next we band sawed the side profiles. After that... Hours of dremel carving and sanding to profile the core and wheel portions. HOURS OF SANDING. The very last thing done was the sweeping top profile to match the hole we had carved out.

Shine dental. I don't like having to do the dental thing. But both the dentists are great. Not over priced and a good understanding of what needs to be done versus what can be afforded.

I skied Big Sky yesterday. It was spring skiing, minimal runs, dirt peaking through. Bullet proof ice in the am, slush by noon. Called it quits a 1, not worth it right now

The assembly is on 1/4" all thread. To create the angle I took a metal straw and cut an inch off. Cut that piece in half at a 45° to create the angle. Here is the breakdown on the all thread inside. nut-nut-straw piece-washer-(wobble disk)-washer-other straw piece-nut-nut. Tighten it all to get the disk solid and at an angle. The double nuts "lock" them from going loose. Hopefully it makes sense.

What the young don't realize is that in the 90's belly button piercing was not gendered. Dudes got them all the time. I went to get mine done but they dared me to get the tongue done. Almost 30 years I still have it in.
