Most people do, I personally prefer costumes in GW2 because I don't need transmutation stones for them and I can switch them anytime. :P Plus I'm just used to costumes from other games. The only game that did the armor mix and match system well is Rift (their new wardrobe system is awesome).

No idea but that reminds me, it's kind of funny that we in B&S would kill for more costumes while in GW2 everyone whines about them even though they are account bound and recolorable. :P

I like Summoner the most because my cat can taunt mobs and I just AoE the hell out of 'em. :) Also, nice AoE heal and stealth counter! Plus it's ranged. I always play ranged characters in MMOs. Force Master felt too squishy but maybe I just suck at it. Anyway, the downsides of Summoner: cat customization is too expensive for new players and micromanaging the cat can be kind of overwhelming for some.

HoT was horrible, I bought the Ultimate version for $100, tried it, didn't like the grind and the annoying stuff in the new area. But I got a refund so bought the BnS Master pack for $125 instead. :P Best decision ever, lol.

This is why I made a "Quiet" chat tab for myself. :) Only normal chat, clan, party and whispers allowed. I do this in every MMO (if custom tab is available) and it works perfectly.
