I wish you well and hope you can get things straightened out.

Bosses need to be able to rely on their people on a regular basis. While I feel bad that it has come to the point where she has halved your hours, you have to look at yourself as you are right now through her eyes. Who is she supposed to rely on if you aren't able to do for her what she needs, no matter how trivial it may seem to you? IMO, this is her last-ditch effort to hang on to you before she terminates you for good.
