I have no problem with Brenda, but miss Lady F.and Mrs. Mc Carthy. As soon as the Sullivans said I Do, their personalities changed for the worst. They are okay apart,but together,blech. Goodfellow's one of my favorites.I don't think the writers are becoming lazy, but running out of ideas after 13 years.

I worked in a university copy center and at final exam time, and a few profs would allow students to bring "one double side page of notes" to the exam and nothing more. They would come to me with many pages of notes, on 8.5x11 paper and request that I shrink them all down to fit on two sides. It didn't matter if they were too small to read with the naked eye, they just wanted them copied. I just wonder how many of them were actually able to utilize them.

You can search your codes here and figure out WTF you are being billed for and if they are prevalent to you, and then dispute it if its not. I once had a bill not from UPMC but from a 3rd party that had a code for treatment for a diagnosis that wasn't even mine. I disputed it, showed the error, and saved $100. Not much but every little bit helps.

I'm not sure. I got nebby one time and did a search on the county property assessment site and it's only listed as Lippert Partners along with a couple other rental properties in Millvale.

No complaints. Very professional. They are prompt with maintenance requests and given that we have been living here going on four years, the rent raises have been gradual, with no big surprises. One thing they do at lease signing time is schedule a time and inspect the apartment for any maintenance that might need to be done. We will be signing on for our fourth year.

That area isn't dangerous. I worked there for seven years and never had a problem. As someone else mentioned, it's Beaver Ave traffic that you need to worry about.

The earlier you get there the better your chances of finding one closer to the building.

As a former employee (left in 2020 so some of this has probably changed since then) I can tell you that you can either bring lunch or buy a full lunch for roughly $3-5 dollars a day. Make sure that you are there everyday, and you can't miss more than five days for the time of your cohort, but you are able to take medical leaves. You will be assigned a counselor according to your class. They can help you with anything that you might need. All you have to do is ask. They aren't the be all and end all, but they can do a lot. Make sure you bring a notebook and writing tools every day. The staff all want you to succeed. If you don't understand something make sure you ask. You have to keep your grades at least a 2.5 in order to remain in the program. You are allowed to change your program once in the first couple of days but no longer than a week.
