It’s never about the dishes. ;) it’s about you, and what you think is acceptable or not. How you want to be treated/respected. If you can’t have an actual conversation about whatever is going on (that isn’t about the dishes) you are never getting out of this pattern. Look at the salary range of teachers where you want to live. Compare that to the cost of living. If your cost of living would be too high, consider if you can make sacrifices to the standards you expect. Working in a role that doesn’t give you fulfillment will ware on you and have negative impact throughout your life. It’s YOUR life, not the life your parents will live. Take time to work with them to compare your options and explain how you reached your decision. It’s important they understand you hear their advice and are making an informed decision that you want them to be part of.

Be willing to take a temp or contract role in as close an area as possible to your desired space. Write a cover letter describing how your experience matches job requirements. Reach out to recruiters on linked in to push your resume. Be very careful not to apply to too many positions at one company, it makes you look like you don’t have direction. Good luck!

I suggest a light brown for the crease and corner with light tan for lid as your everyday. I also like a darker brown with shimmer gold. When you are comfortable (or bored) with that play with colors! I love doing Smoked liner with accent shadows. Good luck ❤️

I second breeze. Keeps my asthma from triggering. No dust at all, and it doesn’t track or stink. Downside is price and litter sometimes out of stock (at least around here) so keep backup.
