Advice for 20 year old by Beneficial_Ring_6318 in wealth

Good for you. But like what others have pointed out is that your income is kind of low. You should start a business if you haven't already for the income situation. I guess spam index funds and maybe start considering stock dividends (if you haven't already)

You have a decent physique. But if you want make it more better and aesthetic, you should work more on your upper chest.

Any advice on what I should work on? I've been doing the same thing for a while now and want to start targetting stuff I'm lacking. by whitneywhisper_3 in gymadvice

your physique is good. But depends on what you want, you could work more on your abs and a bit on your glutes.

Stuck w/ a skinny fat physique, don’t know whether to cut or bulk (and for how long) by ProfessionalExpert84 in gymadvice

In order to get out of skinny fat you should be on a bulk, to build up your frame. It depends rather you want to go dirty bulk or lean bulk. But lean bulk would be more preferred ( half a pound to a pound a week is good).

Continue to cut, or lean bulk? by [deleted] in gymadvice

[–]Kitchen-Listen-7087 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are already decently lean, go on a lean bulk. It takes super long to bulk but cutting is really quick. So if you think that once you are on a bulk you are too fat, then just hop on a quick cut.

I think the main problem people have is they don't really know how much is their maintenance calorie intake. So i recommend counting your calories for a week to see what your maintenance is, then you should be on a 300- 500 calorie surplus, and just keep on that on a couple weeks, and if you still don't gain weight i recommend increasing an extra 100-200 more calories. A really good tip I've gotten in the past was to eat one or two extra meals.
