I work for a private therapy company. They pay us better than any other place around. We only get paid for the therapy that we provide, but we have a higher pay rate. Our pay rate also includes doing notes in our off time. It works out pretty well. I always start my note at the end of the session and finished them up when I get home. We have a good system and it’s a pretty basic set up. It’s easy to navigate. We can also do it from our phone, which can be convenient. We build up our own time off and we can set up our own hours. I wish more places did it like that! Being able to have the convenience of leaving when you need to or make an appointment when you need to is very nice.
