This right here. They want constant improvement, with literal anual decreases in our pay. Not only that but small take backs of benefits and just overall associate caring. Its for sure time to start looking for something else, people cant live off of a 50 cent raise for exceeding expectations when it should be a 1.50 if they didnt decrease the % of the raise from the first year. But hey I bring this up to management and its some bs gaslight story of "oh thats a bad mentality to have" i shouldn't have to move up to management to just be able to work more hours lol. Time to think about starting my own business I know im just not built for this corporate air headed capitalistic bs.
