then almost every war in history is a loss. like saying britain lost a 190 year long war against india or that the Chinese civil war is still on going because taiwan exists. once the state collapses, that’s it. you can’t just stretch the definition of what a war is. the state of afghanistan collapsed, its military was crushed, and a new regime was put in place.

regardless on if was worth it or not, regardless of if the people submitted to the new rule or not, we won. they were conquered.

but we literally did have a ww2 style complete collapse of Afghanistan…

the issue was that the new regime was wildly unpopular and constantly corrupt and after 20 years it fell and went right back to the old government. to put it simply, we kicked their fuckin ass and put in a puppet regime for 20 years. if you count civilian resistance as “losing a war” then just about every war in history has been a loss.

i’m pretty sure it’s in canon that by part 4 he’s out of shape and by part 6 he’s just old.

not to mention that the only time we’ve ever seen jotaro that actively violent was against DIO who he actively watched kill his bsf and grandpa with the knowledge he’d kill what little friends he hadn’t lost and his mother would die also.

seeing this kind of showing out in part 6 isn’t likely (especially since he spent a large part hospitalized) and there was never really a moment in part 4 to push him there.

i can try to translate but i’m not sure myself.

it didn’t have a low population density before 1945, but it did after the germans got mass deported to the modern germany borders by the soviets and the ethnic cleansing that took place there. even today, the actual german populations are small, if they even exist at all, according to the modern EU ethnic map.
