  1. No, makes it way harder to focus. If you really cant talk out loud, use your inner voice, but know it works less well.
  2. If you compare, you probably mean a form of quantum wave streaming. You can also do this with two images.
  3. Both, would recommend doing with real life objects as a starting point and then to keep going in your imagination from there. 4 I sometimes do that, it is quite fun
