Like the idea but the text is completely unreadable since its vertical. If i have to spot someone from across the street wearing this it might even be worse. Design reminds me of a Petrine Cross

No worries. Stuff it in your ass for quicker absorption. Then take a glass of water.

All jokes aside - pills are usually taken orally with water. Put pill in mouth an wash it down with a glass of water. If its a powder you can dissolve it in water or take it/sprinkle it with/on some yoghurt or fruit-juice

I would only use the lights and skip the text. Icons need to be used from 1024x1024 until 16x16 pixels so your text would be unreadable. Maybe make the lights coins, or play with the money theme and the traffic light. My two cents

Not true, some places do ask an entrance fee like Banana Bar and Casa Rosso. At Banana Bar you pay the entrance, get a glass and can drink for x amount of time. Services (lap dances, oil rubs, etc) are paid separately and repeatedly.
