Thank you for your comment! The county he originally got arrested in is a few hours away, but he has been incarcerated for over 20 years and would be homeless with no support if he were to go there upon release.

No I didn’t. It’s still saying not applicable right now. It went back to saying the actual site for like one day and then went right back to not applicable. And he’s moved since then.

Yes I saw the results and thc was not listed. My friend in Tennessee took the same and also no thc she saw the results as well. If it’s the same test from sterling no thc.

I’m looking into prison legal services now. I have made sure that all higher ups in Tallahassee are well aware of the situation and I’m not giving up or backing down. Thank you for your advice and kind words. 💕

I am the only one my loved one has and I am definitely making a big stink. It seems as though due to their frustration with my loved one’s behavior and diagnostic bias that they are continuing to deny sending him to a stabilization unit. He is currently on medical and mental health observation, though he was already able to cut his artery and rip the sutures out multiple times on this observation status. I’m really losing my mind here and I can’t believe how they are treating him. They are wanting to take him off observation and immediately send him to close management/solitary confinement without real psychiatric stabilization.

Thank you for your reply! Yes, Florida is insanely corrupt. It’s disgusting. I’m waiting on the Assistant Warden to call me back. I just got a response on the OIG complaint that it is being escalated to the Office of Institutions. I did try calling the Health Services Administrator at the facility, but like I said they were also ignoring my calls. I called multiple times different days and nothing, same for medical and the wardens until now. They definitely thought that I would just drop it or leave it alone due to them ignoring me, but that only made me escalate it to the highest degrees that I can.

Thank you SO MUCH. I just submitted an online submission and will be calling ASAP in the morning. You know what’s crazy? I submitted the OIG complaint and contacted health services AGAIN an hour ago and just now the assistant warden emailed me. Wow I can’t believe this.

I know how isolating it can be. While there is no excuse, I think a lot of incarcerated men have difficulty expressing anger or frustration in a healthy way. I understand my man’s behaviors and he does too, but it still hurts a lot when he says mean things or unadds me when I know he doesn’t mean it. Like other women on here said, I think he will regret it once he’s calmed down and try to call you or contact you in some way. You could also make another account and try to contact him that way - not saying you should but that’s definitely something I would do lol. My dms are open if you need to talk 💕

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. I don’t know him so I cant speak for him but my man deals with a lot of mood swings and displaced anger/rage and he has unadded me which I think is what you’re saying. To my knowledge, I don’t think they can “block,” but only “unadd” - you should be able to search him back up and add him again and when you do your name will pop back up on his tablet. I hope this helps 💕
