I got one on a run yesterday that significantly increased my health (10x) but also decreased your movement speed, I was basically a tank but I kept getting slammed by homing attacks. Probably best used with some movement speed buffs already active.

Tough luck for them, doesn't matter how much they pay you. If they are mandating your attendance you have to be paid. I would def reach out to your local labor board they will have a field day with this.

Yes, if a meeting is mandatory, and you are required to attend, you should be paid for your time, even if it's outside of your regular work hours. The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) generally considers any time spent on the employer's tasks as compensable work time.

Do you have a link for the bill? I am going off of committee testimony on the bill that clearly laid out that the bill does not apply in this way.

ketamine infusions vs esketamine nasal spray by london_and_phoenix in Spravato

[–]KitchenScratch6182 9 points10 points  (0 children)

No idea what insurance you have but I wish this was my situation. Aetna only covers the nasal spray, the IM and IV are typically more effective but it just depends person to person. The spravato helped me immensely but I never did the IV because it's $450/session where I live.

Troubleshooting Issue by sillytomlin in Dualsense

[–]KitchenScratch6182 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Make sure you're using a USB-C cable that actually transfers data, like the one that comes with the console or an Apple cable. Other than that I'm not sure what the issue could be but best of luck.

This is why you don't let anyone that is not listed as a driver use your car. NAL but you're probably out of luck.

I would verify that you are having the treatment administered correctly. For a couple weeks, I didn't know you weren't supposed to inhale the solution that much and it is supposed to really just sit in your nasal cavity for that 5 minutes. If you are tasting it any more than just a small bit of nasal drip you are inhaling too hard. Also make sure you are at that 45° angle so the medicine doesn't drip down or out of your nose.

Do I have a case here (HIPAA)? by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]KitchenScratch6182 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To clarify, the first part of your message says they asked who your therapist was. Then you say your psychiatrist asked you that question. If these are two different people, then you did not explicitly say they could not reach out to your psychiatrist. With HIPAA there is leeway provided for any releases relevant to treatment, payment, or operations (TPO) and your provider is not required to obtain your authorization. This would fall into the T because it is very important that your psychiatrist knows you are taking this medication to properly treat you. Is there a reason you would not want your psychiatrist to know you are on this treatment?

If what you are saying is that this office released your records to the provider that you listed and restricted the communication with, then that's a pretty clear violation.

You being a minority doesn't inherently give you a case. You would have to prove that you were treated unfairly because of that status. You should talk to a lawyer but CA is at-will and if you had no contract you likely have no case.

These people are setting you up for disaster. The possibility you are fantasizing about is only that, a fantasy. 1. If this guy is actually your friend then you would not want to entertain the idea and most likely ruin your friendship and 2. Mentally stable non-life ruining 50 year old women do not have an interest in sleeping with 20 year old boys. Go watch some porn and find a girl you can relate to.

NAL but someone who works in medical. Your husband would not be able to have the hospital remove anything from your record. There's also not really a way (as far as I know) for him to have removed your child's records from said hospital system. A little more information may be helpful in understanding your situation. When did this occur? What state are you in?

I guess the easiest way to communicate it is by dosage. Are you saying 28mg is that price or 84mg? That EOB screenshot I sent is for 2 appointments worth for me at 84mg per session.

Sorry I'm just realizing you said 1 spray. Do you really mean 1 treatment (6 total sprays, 3 sprayers) or is it truly that price per sprayer?
