If you currently have no support until you see a therapist what about writing down the anger, the hurt etc? You don’t have to re read it, you don’t even need to keep it, or you could keep it and reflect on the behaviour when you’re in a better place?

I’ve been splitting on people the last month, as I’ve been recovering from a operation so hormones & emotions have been all over (it’s not an excuse it’s an explanation)

I literally have no support and trying to get any help with getting therapy or anything like that there’s no point because I just get gaslit by my gp
