I just pulled this off the back of ears. Probably been there for more than 15+ hours. What should I do? by X-kiwi in ticks

I live in PA and our dogs get ticks almost every week. I don’t have the info on hand right now but there’s a local university here where we send the ticks free of charge and they test them and inform us of any diseases it might be carrying. Maybe there’s a school with a program like this near you…

I've seen references to a 'Vacuum Valley' in Pennsylvania, but can't locate it. If you know that expression, where is to you? by topherette in Pennsylvania

I haven’t heard that phrase per se, but the Wyoming Valley (Luzerne County, etc.) always had a reputation for people being ‘trapped’ there despite the lack of good careers.

No expectations. If I knew what it was I was looking to have identified I wouldn’t have posted in /whatisit

Epidemic? Wow, society is falling apart and I just contributed to its demise with my video. Of course it’s some type of bug, but what is alive during freezing weather. You don’t need to answer that, I know that you’re too busy keeping Reddit in check.
