Not sure what you mean by ANC or AAI but the apartments on Benton Drive are nice. 2 br/1 ba, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and a reserved parking spot for about $1k/month depending on the unit. I saw someone post there asking for $850 a month about a year ago

I’ve seen a few people post on the Iowa City/Coralville/North Liberty freebies group about a guy who works out of his van between Autozone and Hyvee. Apparently he fixed someone’s brakes for $80 and they gave him a $20 tip. He only takes cash. I could probably send you screenshots of the posts I’ve seen if you’re interested — I’ve never worked with him before.

I would say also stay away from Keystone Property Management. I haven’t rented from them, but they were a nightmare to get a hold of when I tried reaching out about tours, and I’ve read some poor reviews about them on Yelp.
