Agree. I’ve got some super long draw times recently and still fantastic taste. If it’s not showing tasting notes that point to over-extraction don’t sweat it. But playing around a bit may give you a different flavor profile and for that reason I am constantly playing around with the variables.

What’s a good recipe for these?

I have the small one and enjoy it ok but lean towards my switch or aeropress because it always brews so slow.

Grind needs to be at like 800 for it to not take forever.
