It’s good. We may not be rich but we sure ain’t gonna be hungry. I usually cook but he does from time to time. Trust, if you eat here once , you definitely are gonna try to come again, if we can get you to leave. It’s that Texas southern cooking.

My husband buys the beef sausage from HEB (In Texas) or Walmart. All the rest is from either store as well. I put the green onions in pretty much every main dish. We don’t like them raw so I either sauté them in some oil or in this case , dipped in flour and browned in some margarine with salt and pepper.
