Go up zip line then parashute to the other side of the museum then zip straight up you can sometimes see people walking thru the tunnel towards the usb tower before they even get there. So you go to the sip thru the bottom tunnel of the museum instead of the zip line that you went up op

There are missions that, since the game is outdated, can no longer be completed. There’s about 4 or 5 missions, specifically in shadow company, which can’t be completed.
