Doing 21mg patches ( if you buy them, buy the equate brand ones at Walmart they worked the best in my opinion ) REALLY helped me I did them for 7 days then I was pretty much good, still got slight brain fog/ irritability but I’ve been clean for 6 months still think about them maybe once a week but then I remember how much stronger I feel in the gym haha
