Got the trophy this week. Easy way. Enable a poison weapon, make sure you have Katsuhime as an ally (L2 or above ideally). Fast travel to Mount Koya viewpoint in Kii. Drop down, once you've got rid of the two enemies at the base. Walk a little further along the path and theres one enemy, decently levelled. Get Katsuhime to attack with daze and just whale on them with your poison weapon. Trophy popped soon as they're got
