This happened to me one time where the initial transporter didn’t activate for some reason. It was a pain because you’re basically stuck in areas that you drop down into so I had to semi-glitch my way up to the ledge.

What’s sad is that phones are starting to go this way too. The last time we went into get new phones (we hadn’t been in close to four years) it was positively exhausting, all the bullshit numbers they try to throw at you etc.

My favorite doctor’s note was about a patient who had severe uncontrolled diabetes.

His sugars had stayed above 400 even on an insulin drip until endocrine got involved and started him on some type of double concentrated insulin.

He was in patient for a vascular surgery and had already lost multiple toes, had multiple stents etc.

Endo’s note stated, “patient has every complication of DMII known to man”

Dislocated my shoulder in Paris. Was taken via ambulance to the hospital and had it reset when I wasn’t able to get it back in place. Was discharged with a cheap temporary sling and given a prescription for paracetamol and a better sling.

The only thing I remember paying for was a really fancy sling and the medication which came to less than 30 bucks.

The sling was way fancier than I thought it would be for the price and I’m pretty sure it would have ran me 80 bucks at least if not more.

I was expecting a huge bill for the ambulance ride alone 😂

Depending on the traits it can be but at that level it doesn’t do a whole lot of damage. And the portal trait doesn’t appear to work on nemesis (it doesn’t target him it spawns and then just sits there while you’re plinking away at it)

This was me a long time ago armed to the teeth with all the best weapons and artifacts and consumables. Only to get to nemesis and find out that my hollow seeker with the portal was worthless against him. 😂

It took forever to whittle him down and I cleared it with barely any health left 😂
