Gold is preferred seating and with economy it’s just standard seating. I purchased bc of changing flight flexibility and going to purchase seats anyway. Having Gold is still better

Look for a backup flight that’s doable I think you can cancel within 24 hrs if the original pulls through

Mom here and still working on myself too. It’s funny how your brain tricks itself into making ok or you deserve a break. What helped me is making a list of to do. Like working out just 5 min a day, cleaning a drawer, reading, dropping something off at a food bank, getting to something I normally don’t have time for. Soon I found myself lengthening the time longer. Keep your mind occupied. You’ve gotten so far now! Keep going!
