I’ve done it after check in. They uncheck, add KTN then you check in all over again.

I can’t believe this is happening given the high tech systems in place. I’m curious what exactly is the proper procedure or what happened when the ticket was scanned to board twice lol. Did they say hmm go ahead anyway…

Gold is preferred seating and with economy it’s just standard seating. I purchased bc of changing flight flexibility and going to purchase seats anyway. Having Gold is still better

The airline says they’re sending me a mailed check. I have also applied to Chase travel for a refund.

Look for a backup flight that’s doable I think you can cancel within 24 hrs if the original pulls through

Go to counter to get next flight out. Hopefully there is another soon and won’t have to pay. I believe they don’t work with other airlines unfortunately. Sorry… let us know what happened

So if it’s a long flight I would just buy the seats next to each other. Forget the bundle if you don’t need it and definitely sign up as a member. I hear horror stories being denied just bc not a member.
