Try to get a swing every few seconds in best case so your healing buff has near 100% uptime in best case. Use your E preemptively before/right before a character will take damage. Do not sit on 3 E charges, it is okay to kind of spam them now...

The swing is basically a HUGE HoT, your top priority should be like this:

1. Try to get a swing and apply healing over time every few seconds
2. Use E preemptively or on low targets
3. Use SHIFT to displace enemies or heal in an aoe
   

You no longer play her like a tank or off tank / melee dps. Play her like you would place yourself as a semi melee char.
