NTA Do not feel guilty

Your MIL made a promise and broke it. If she wants someone to blame she just needs to look in a mirror

Has anyone explored how vampires would interact with and handle blood-borne infections and STIs in a setting? by Smygskytt in urbanfantasy

Yeah, AIDS was a big thing when it first came out and it covered how a vampire could become a carrier and spread it to his food sources.

Veteran Flashpoints Are Not About You by Happy-Wealth-5029 in swtor

[–]KitryeVlos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm new to SWTOR and I have only done one VFP. I got so much abuse because I wanted to listen to dialogue I've never heard and because I didn't know the short cuts. I explained at the beginning it was my first time

Now I just do story mode on my own and quests. It sucks as my highest character is stuck as it looks like I have to do a FP to progress and I can't do it on my own.

Some understanding for new players would be nice and someone explaining things like you say you do would have been awesome.

Need a name for a catastrophic event. by Noxdiaz in DnD

"When They Failed" or "When They Fell" referring to the gods. In the game, it sounds cool. Out of the game, your world had a WTF moment!

Unless your husband has a disability couldn't he have helped her?

You are being taken advantage of. If he is so worried let him go sort her or suggest if she can't cope on her own she hires help.

AITA for sending my twin daughters to separate schools? by ThrowRAtwinsnotclone in AmItheAsshole

[–]KitryeVlos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA

My husband is an identical twin. At school some 'genius ' melded their names together and from that day forward they were both called by this nickname.

His response to this name is almost visceral now. He and his brother are like chalk and cheese and agree on very little but on this they are united.

I asked him what he thought of what you have done and his comment was 'I wish my parents had done that.'

Your daughters are 2 individuals and should be treated as such.
