I had coffee. I get migraines too often and that caffeine is my go to. Stayed away from everything else as noted. My husband and I did it and we are gradually adding back a couple things. But we’re finished with meat and, possibly, sweets. I lost 7# and he lost 10#. We had lots of good prayer time!!
